Hello and thanks for visiting Stars and Scribbles . I am brand new to blogging and this is my first attempt so please bare with me I'm still learning lots and lots. Including how to actually use blogger. Here's me thinking it would be simple unfortunately for a technophobe like me it isn't! This being said I am making progress, slow progress but progress!

So where do I start I'm Fiona from Birmingham, my little old city gets its fair share of flack but I for one love it here and I know wherever i move in life this will always be where i call home, bad accents and all. ( Although I am told my accent isn't too strong but maybe people are just being polite)

There is also my lovely boyfriend we have been together a year and a half . I love spending time with him whether it be out and about on some fun outing or cuddled up on the sofa watching a film. ( I'm a huge movie buff too)

When I'm not with my boyfriends or my friends you will find me with my nose in a magazine  ( I have a serious magazine addiction)  or a book ( I rarely venture into Waterstones without coming out with a book), admiring shabby chic photos on Instagram ( I love Instagram ALOT) listening to music I'm a huge music fan I can't actually imagine my life without music in it. Recently I have really gotten into photography and my short term aim is to do some kind of starter/introductory course  (if anyone knows and can recommend any let me know!) Please bare this in mind when viewing my photos I'm hoping to learn how to use Photoshop and other photo editing software too.

In the true spirit of shameless blogger honesty here is a rather large list of my loves
 
 Boyfriend 
 There are days when he drives me mad as I do him I'm sure, but meeting him was one of the best things that has happened to me. Fingers crossed for a long happy future, couldn't think of a better person to spend it with.
 
Parents
I don't actually know where i would be without them their love and support of me never waivers and for that I'm eternally grateful.
 
 Friends
They are always around for whether its to have fun and make me laugh or when i need them for  shoulder to cry on i know i can always count on them. My best friend especially.

God Daughter
she is absolutely adorable and I love her to bits! although technically she isn't my god daughter as she wasn't christened this is how I think of her and I always look forward to spending time with her.

Star print
Anyone who knows me knows I have a odd obsessions with star print, if I'm out and about and see anything from sock to pens with star print on it you can guarantee I will be purchasing it, no idea why but this has been an obsession for about the past 13 or 14 years!

Beauty
I love all things beauty related make up, skincare care anything! I have alot of favourite brands including Estee Lauder, MAC lipsticks, simple skincare, Real Techniques brushes, Khiels, Soap and Glory, and loads of other brands. Thanks to Beauty swapping sites on facebook I have discovered brand new products and brands that I would never have ordinarily seen or heard of. 

Disney
 I will admit it I'm a big kid at heart and I love nothing better than to relax on the sofa and watch a Disney film my all time favourite being Bambi! My boyfriend and I are also in talks to maybe visit Florida next year and of course that means Disney world!

Jewellery  I LOVE jewellery whether it be kitch or vintage style jewellery or silver I love it all!
I do adore unique one of a kind pieces which I suppose makes my addictions and love of Pandora a rather odd choice but Ive been caught up in the Pandora phenomenon and my bracelet means the world to me. I'm sure there will be a Pandora post up soon.
